Do your research Before the interview, research the company and find out how it runs group interviews  you dont want to be caught with your pants down. 2. Dress the part Dress in smart business clothes  dressing down or wearing something overly fancy is risky. 3. Early is on time Arrive early to suss out the competition and show youre keen  if you get there late you will be remembered for all the wrong reasons. 4. Youre on Be courteous and attentive as soon as you arrive  dont forget youre being observed from the minute you walk into the room. 5. No distractions Turn your phone off  just imagine all those eyes staring at you. Youll want to crawl into a hole if it rings and everyone stares at you. 6. Turn up the charm During group activities be cooperative, attentive and encou   raging  sulking or bossing people around is a big no-no. 7. Class participation Participate wherever possible and put your greifhand up to answer questions  dont be shy you will probably never see the other applicants again so if you make a fool of yourself, who cares? 8. Dont be a wallflower In a group interview setting, you dont have to worry too much about hogging the interviewers time, so dont be afraid to stand out Talk about your attributes  going along with the crowd is suicide in a group interview. 9. Ask questions Develop a rapport with the interviewer by asking questions  but steer clear of aggressive questions about pay or overtime. 10. Be you Relax Let your personality shine through  the interviewer wants someone who can fit in, not a worry-wart or stress head.
